It is always difficult when you must face that we are all mortal. One day we will die and the end is what we all fear. My beautiful daughter was raped and horribly scarred approximately five years ago. Stun guns might have saved her from the vicious brutality she suffered. We all have one now.

I guess we just never took the time to think how unsafe our lives are. We seem to take for granted that life is so precious and there are people who are willing to take that life, no matter the costs. People are rude and obnoxious. They take with no feeling for the other person's suffering. This is the world we have today.

This is the reason my daughter was attacked and left for dead. This is the reason her face was badly beaten and cut. This is the reason why we all should take measures to be sure our family members are protected.

Stun guns make sense to me. Now, if you want to have a pistol, I do not blame you. But, for me, I just do not think I could pull the trigger. I guess I am afraid of the mess I will have to clean. What ever the reason, I have no problems using the likes of a stun gun.

I want a good measure of self-defense. Even though the prices seemed reasonable enough, why spend money if it is not going to work for me at all? This amount of power seems to be able to do the job. Even if the perpetrator is a large person, this should stop them from harming me. Besides, I do not want to kill them. I just want to stop them.
